Born in Beirut, 1960. Received his M.D. degree from the American University of Beirut in 1985. Completed a residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the same institution in 1988. Pursued further specialty training in Germany and in the U.S.A. at the University of Arizona and the University of Vermont. He became American Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (1994), and completed a two-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility ("IVF") at Harvard University in Boston.
Dr. Fouad Trad is also author of several papers and the grant recipient of several prestigious national awards in the field.
Today, Dr. Fouad Trad takes an active part in the management of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department and in the running of its "in Vitro Fertilization Unit", in addition to his own practice.
